Draw the first drawing with AutoCAD2004

first, let's start with AutoCAD 2004. Double click the shortcut icon "aut and the load can no longer rise OCAD 2004 CHS" on the desktop to officially start our AutoCAD 2004 roaming journey

first, observe the working environment of AutoCAD 2004. We can divide it into four parts. The first part is the menu bar and toolbar at the top; The second part is the "drawing" toolbar and the "modify" toolbar on the left and right sides; The third part is the middle blank part with the largest occupation area, which marks the working area of AutoCAD 2004, so the drawing and modification work are completed here; The fourth part is the "command prompt line" at the bottom, which is used to input commands and values. now, we are going to draw a house with several simple tools that have been verified by many experiments. First click the "moment on" button in the "drawing" toolbar, click the mouse in the drawing area, and then move the mouse down to the right (not drag). You will see that a rectangular box is expanding with the movement of the mouse. Then click the mouse at the appropriate position, and the rectangle is completed, as shown in Figure 2

At this time, the "sketch setting" dialog box will pop up. In the "object snap" tab, select the "intersection" check box, then select the "endpoint" check box, then select the "enable object snap" check box, and finally click the "OK" button to start the intersection and endpoint snap functions, as shown in Figure 3

click the "line" button in the "drawing" toolbar, move the mouse to the upper left corner of the rectangle, and when the "end point" prompt appears, click the mouse (this point is the starting point of the line), then enter the coordinates of the other end point of the line (@ -30,0) in the command prompt line, and then enter the subscript (@40,40) of the other end point of the line in the command prompt line, press enter to draw a polyline, and then press enter to end the operation, The results are shown in Figure 4

click the "straight line" button, move the mouse to the upper right solution of the rectangle, click the mouse when the "endpoint" prompt appears, and then enter another endpoint of the line in the command prompt line (@30,0), then enter a coordinate (@ -40,40), press enter to draw another polyline, and then press enter to end the operation. The results are shown in Figure 5

click the "straight line" button, move the mouse to the end of the first segment of polyline, click the mouse when the "end point" prompt appears, and then move the mouse to the end of the second segment of polyline, click the mouse when the "end point" prompt appears, and press enter to end the operation. The results are shown in Figure 6

next, draw the chimney and door of the hut. In order to facilitate the next drawing tools, we first enable the "nearest point" snap function. Right click the "object snap" button on the status bar, and then select the "Settings" command from the pop-up shortcut menu. At this time, the "sketch settings" dialog box will pop up, select the "nearest graph" check box, and then cancel the selection of the "intersection" and "endpoint" check boxes, and then click the "OK" button to start the "nearest graph"
